I have worked in the field of college admissions for over 22 years helping families navigate the complexities of the college search and selection process. My passion for this work emerged during my undergraduate experience at Allegheny College. Being the youngest of 7 children, I saw through my siblings’ search experiences how an uninformed family can make college decisions that are not the best fit and cause unnecessary time and money being spent in the pursuit of a degree. I was lucky. After many attempts at this process by my parents we had a much clearer understanding of what choices were really possible and what the real financial possibilities were for me. This experience prompted me to enter the admissions field and to serve as a guide for families looking to do this right the first time! Twenty-two years and hundreds of families later I continue to pursue my passion.
