As an independent education consultant, Allison navigates students and families through each step of the admissions process. Her goal is to help each student enroll at a school that is a good fit for his or her personality, strengths and interests. As a writing specialist, Allison has developed a writing skills course, which she tailors and teaches to each person one-on-one. In all of her work, she focuses on helping students get excited about the learning process and, in turn, their educational futures. She helps access strengths, weaknesses, interests and goals, and then uses that to generate a list of appropriate colleges.
